The Sun's Gone to Hell

What would be better as a first post than a decklist I've been struggling with? This is probably the only deck I have played over and over again trying to improve it. Its partly because I think the deck has potential but mostly because I've come up with the idea all by myself. Problem is I rarely get a game win with it although it usually steals a victory point or two.

Well, here is the deck:

The basics is simple. Make Brothers in Arms. Give them Auspex with the Master: Discipline-card or with Agent of Power and rush using Eye of Unforgiving Heaven to burn yourself, send the opposing vampire to torpor and gain two pool. When your unique !Salubri goes low on blood they can perform the suicide act themselves.
This deck has obvious problems with ally decks and some problems with decks packing a lot of combat defence but it use to be able to wear opponents out and has relatively good poolgain. The huge problem is ousting power. Codex of the Edenic Groundskeepers is a new untested addition and I hope it can be of some help but its just one card and I suspect I need more.

Any ideas and comments on further developing this deck and/or its playing style is highly appreciated.

  1. What about trying out ancient influence? It can do some real damage (5) if you get your preys vamps into torpor and through your rushes (or threats of them) you should be able to pass it with the edge.

  2. Too bad these kinds of tricks never works when you need them to. Only time I will be able to sucessfully call AI with this deck is when noone else has any ready vampires and then I'm winning anyhow. And isn't Perpetual Care a better choice if going down the political road? I'll have to think about this and maybe try it out.

To further point out the problem this deck usually destroys it's first prey and cripples it's predator. Then someone else grows powerful and steals the rest of the table. I guess this is a problem for most rush-decks and the thing I really need to change is my playing style. It's almost always a very delicate choice to or not to rush crosstable and I need to become a better player to master those situations.
