I was very selective while choosing which beer to be #100 on this blog and fortunately I had one of my old favourites at home.
La Trappe Quadrupel
Netherlands
ABV: 10%
Rating: 4
Estry, fruity and fresh scent. Dark and powerful taste. Sweet licorice. Very well-balanced and thick. It reminds quite much of Abbaye Des Rocs Brune and I have to say that that is a little bit better than this. Not as great as I remembered it but still a fantastic beer.
