This is what beer should be about. Orval has a quite sweet scent almost like honey. The first sips are rather sour and fresh to but soon they get sweeter to match the scent. The aftertaste of hop is powerful and the combination of these three elements makes this an almost perfect Trappist beer. Also note the very special orange colour.
